Throughout this period Hank was also deeply involved in real estate as an investor, buying and selling commercial properties for his own portfolio. By the early 90’s, as the music industry underwent a complete transformation, he decided to make Commercial Real Estate brokerage his full-time profession.
Guided by his own experiences, he examines every transaction in behalf of his clients from the buyer’s viewpoint, recommending only those properties that he, as an investor, would purchase. His own Triple Net purchase in 2001 of a 23,000 square foot office/warehouse in Nashville leased by General Electric confirmed his feeling that Net Leased properties are the safest, least labor-intensive and most financially-rewarding real estate investments available. That prompted his decision to specialize exclusively in Net Leased and 1031 Exchange properties in his Hendersonville, Tennessee brokerage..
